📺 Our Service

PremiumTiviMate.app provides IPTV subscription services, TiviMate setup guides, and M3U playlist resources. Our service includes:

• Access to IPTV streams via M3U playlist URLs compatible with TiviMate and other IPTV players
• Setup guides for TiviMate on FireStick, Android TV, and other compatible devices
• Customer support via WhatsApp for setup, technical issues, and account management
• Free 24-hour trial access (subject to availability)

👤 Accounts & Subscriptions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. By using PremiumTiviMate.app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans: 1 Month (£15), 3 Months (£25), 6 Months (£35), 12 Months (£50), and 2 Years (£90). All prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes. See our full pricing page for details.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your subscription with unauthorised third parties
• Each plan has a defined device connection limit — exceeding this may result in suspension
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial to new users. One free trial per person. Abuse of the trial offer (multiple accounts, false identities) will result in permanent suspension.

🚫 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute or sublicense our IPTV service or M3U playlists to third parties without written permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to circumvent our systems, security measures or subscription limits
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers
• Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our servers or network
• Share account credentials publicly or on social media platforms

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

💳 Payments & Billing

All payments are processed via WhatsApp communication. By making a payment you confirm:

• You are the authorised holder of the payment method used
• All payment information provided is accurate and complete
• You authorise us to charge the agreed subscription amount

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will be notified before your subscription expires. For refund information, please see our Refund Policy.

🛑 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Share or resell your subscription access
• Provide false information during registration or payment

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Please review our Refund Policy for information on refunds upon cancellation.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PremiumTiviMate.app shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
• Interruption or unavailability of the service
• Content streamed through our IPTV service
• Issues caused by your device, internet connection or TiviMate software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. See also our Disclaimer.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

🇬🇧 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
