- You have used the service for more than 48 hours and then decide to cancel
- Issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or TiviMate app configuration
- You purchased the wrong plan and the service is otherwise working correctly
- You forgot to cancel before a new subscription period began
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- The free 24-hour trial period has been used
- Partial refunds for unused time remaining in a subscription period (unless we are at fault)
