On your Fire Stick, go to the home screen and select 'Apps' from the menu.
Use the search function to find 'Downloader' app by AFTVnews. It's free and safe.
Select the app and tap 'Get' or 'Install'. Wait for installation to complete.
Launch the Downloader app from your apps library.
You'll see a code on screen. Contact us on WhatsApp to get the TiviMate download code.
Enter the code in Downloader. It will fetch and install TiviMate automatically.
Once installed, open TiviMate from your apps. Add your IPTV playlist and start streaming.

From your Fire Stick home screen, navigate to 'Apps' → 'App Store'.
Use the search feature to find 'TiviMate'. Look for the official app icon.
Tap on the TiviMate app to view details and reviews.
Press the 'Get' button to download and install the app. This may take 2-3 minutes.
The button will change to 'Open' once installation is complete.
Tap 'Open' to launch TiviMate for the first time.
Enter your IPTV playlist URL or Xtream Codes credentials. Start streaming!
Launch the TiviMate app on your Fire Stick.
Navigate to the settings menu (gear icon).
Choose 'Playlists' or 'Add Playlist' option.
Paste your M3U playlist URL that you received from your IPTV provider.
Confirm the URL and wait for the playlist to load (1-2 minutes).
Once loaded, browse channels and start streaming!
Restart your Fire Stick, clear the App Store cache, or try using the Downloader method instead.
The Downloader app may not be available in all regions. Try searching for 'AFTVnews' or contact us for alternative methods.
Verify your M3U URL is correct, check your internet connection, and ensure your subscription is active.
Check your internet speed (minimum 5 Mbps for HD), move closer to your router, or restart TiviMate.
Force stop TiviMate in Settings, clear cache, or reinstall the app completely.
Ensure your playlist is loaded correctly, check EPG settings, and verify your IPTV subscription is active.
